Meet the Team: Kim Winter Panther

Kim starting leading Full Moon Yoga events because “she wanted to meet people who are into the same things as me” - and it’s worked. We love these nights of good vibes and movement under the moonlight.

Kim Winter Panther is a Cincinnati native, mother to two young kids, and a dedicated advocate for holistic health and wellness. With a Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology and ten years of subsequent practice, Kim has always been passionate about helping others communicate effectively.

Kim completed her 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training and additional Children’s Yoga Certificate in 2022. This personal experience, combined with her professional expertise, led her to a unique vision: a community service that integrates speech therapy with yoga and holistic wellness. A service designed to address both the physical and emotional aspects of communication disorders.

Kim believes that true healing comes from treating the whole person, not just the symptoms. She leads sessions and classes as Winter Wellness, where she blends traditional speech therapy techniques with yoga, breathing exercises, and mindfulness practices, creating a nurturing environment where clients can thrive. As our Yoga Teacher, Kim leads Imagine Cincinnati in Full Moon Yoga Flows, kids’ yoga, family yoga and forest yoga/hikes. She brings these gentle gifts to our programming and is collaborating with several of our community partners to bring more balance and connection to our bodies and minds.

We met Kim because she started coming to our “Care-Free Fridays” family playgroup in 2023. Her shared desire to make a positive impact on her community by empowering individuals with the tools they need to communicate confidently and live healthier, more balanced lives quickly brought us into collaboration and we are so thankful for her.

“My journey into the world of holistic wellness began after the birth of my first child, when I discovered the transformative power of yoga and mindfulness practices in my own body and spirit.” - Kim
